Intake Hours: Effective January, 2011, the Fort Defiance DNA office intake for new clients changed. Fort Defiance DNA office only see clients by appointment only.
An intake file have to be opened prior to an appointment. If people are in the local area, Sawmill, Fort Defiance, Window Rock and St. Michael our office advise individual to come in person and opened a file.
For the month of July, 2011 new client appointment will be scheduled on the following dates: Wednesday, July 6, 2011, Monday, July 18, 2011 and Wednesday, July 20, 2011.
Pro Se clinic are scheduled on Tuesday, July 12 and 26, 2011. Pro Se Divorce Clinic is scheduled the last Wednesday of each month.
[REMEMBER, you have to have an opened file prior to an appointment for new clients and pro se clients. Call back to opened file is on Monday, June 27, 2011 and thereafter. Office is opened to emergency cases from Monday to Friday.
Emergency cases are determined by a Litigator that is scheduled for the week. It is important you bring in all documents pertaining to what you are coming in for on the day of your appointment. Example: Repossession: Contract, payment receipts, etc. Divorce: Marriage license, CIB and Birth Certificate of child[ren].
DNA recently opened an office in Dilkon, Arizona. Appointments for clients are the same as above. Contact the Fort Defiance DNA office for more information.
