Tuba City DNA Office will be closed to new client intake the month of December, 2011.
In order to best serve our clients we will be using the month of December, 2011 to work on existing cases and to prepare our year-end reports and relocate DNA office to its new location.
As always, DNA remains open for EMERGENCY CASES. Emergencies include:
- Children are about to be taken away,
- Car repossession (repo men at the door),
- Being evicted from home, or
- Domestic violence (someone being threatened or abused) will be considered,
- Court date scheduled within the week.
If you think your case is an emergency, please speak with the Receptionist.
If your case is not an emergency but you do not want to wait until January 3rd, 2012, you may request a list of private counsel from the Receptionist.
